APS Sets the Pace in 2017 Payroll FrontRunners Report

APS has been recognized by Software Advice™ in their September 2017 Payroll FrontRunners Report for its Payroll software. APS has also been recognized as a Contender for the 2017 HRIS quadrant and the 2017 Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) quadrant. This time, though, APS is ranked as a Pacesetter for Payroll Management.

Who Are Pacesetters?

Pacesetters are known for offering a strong array of features to their customers with greater functionality to their customers.  A company can become a Pacesetter based on their axis score, which is determined by a combination of their Capability and Value scores. You can see where APS ranks as a Pacesetter in the quadrant to the right.

What Qualifies a Payroll FrontRunner?

FrontRunners plots the top 20-25 products onto their payroll quadrant out of several hundred of scored products. Those top products will be plotted as either a Contender, Pacesetter, Master, or Leader in the industry.

Gartner FrontRunners Payroll Quadrant

A product is considered for the Payroll FrontRunners report if it has a minimum of 10 user reviews, along with capability and value user scores of at least 3.5. Software buyers can then evaluate the quadrant for themselves, and use it in their assessment of different products. The FrontRunners analysis is a data-driven assessment identifying products in the Payroll software market that offer the best capability and value for small businesses. All products that qualify as FrontRunners are top performing products in their market.
