APS Strengthens ACA Suite with Addition of ACA Reporting Solution

Shreveport, LA – November 20, 2015 – Automatic Payroll Systems, Inc. This standalone product is the most recent addition to the APS suite of ACA compliance tools and leverages APS’s current cloud-based technology platform, APS OnLine.

APS decided to develop this ACA reporting product to meet demand from brokers whose clients are looking for an independent ACA reporting service, as well as employers who have requested a worry-free way to meet ACA requirements and avoid ACA filing penalties. The ACA Reporting Solution provides a guided workflow to set up, populate, and complete Forms 1094-C and 1095-C in accordance with Section 6056 reporting requirements. The ACA Reporting Solution provides everything needed to easily process ACA annual reporting:

  • Guided interface makes it simple to complete IRS Form 1094-C.
  • 1095-C data is easily imported with the built-in Excel template.
  • Intelligent algorithm ensures codes are valid and data is formatted correctly.

  • The ACA Reporting Solution is free to try. Payment is due when forms are approved and submitted.
