Note: The pricing presented is an estimate based on a per-employee-per-month structure for 25-100 employees in the United States. A $50/month base fee applies. The minimum billable price is $250 per month, which includes any combination of selected services. Any applicable taxes are not included, and your fees are subject to increase with additional purchases. APS processes payroll in all 50 states, excluding countries outside of the U.S.

The services listed on this page in the estimated payroll quote are included in the base price only. Additional fees apply to additional services.

The tax compliance services listed on this page in the estimated payroll quote include one state, federal filing, new hire reporting, and unemployment payments and filings. APS guarantees tax payments and filings to be accurate and timely, as long as the data provided to APS is accurate and timely and the customer’s account is sufficiently funded to cover all payroll tax liabilities. If a tax penalty is the result of our error, we’ll maintain the abatement process and absorb any fines or interest due.

Will I receive training to use your system?

Absolutely! While our system is super easy to use and has a high adoption rate, we still provide every client with a custom training plan using their own data in the APS system.

How will I get all of my data into your system?

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! Our implementation team will help you migrate your payroll data into the APS system and run parallel payrolls to validate data accuracy.

Can I switch to APS any time during the year?

Yes, you can! APS can convert your payroll anytime, and we’ll even handle your year-end processing.

Can APS handle my complex payroll processing?

We can handle anything you throw at us, including garnishment processing. We always love a chance to flex our payroll muscles!

Can I use the Attendance and Core HR solutions without using Payroll?

Because we build our solutions to work together in a unified platform, we do not offer Attendance or Core HR separately from Payroll. Our customers enjoy a better overall user experience when using our Core HR, Attendance, and Payroll solutions together!
