Here is an overview of users’ most frequently asked questions about the APS Partner Program.

Referral partners gain credibility and peace of mind in their businesses by recommending APS’ exceptional technology and service to your clients. They receive a dedicated point of contact and sales resources to increase their knowledge and revenue. Referral partners also receive discounted pricing and commission for referred business, resulting in new clients.

What is a Value-Added Reseller (VAR)?
Value-Added Resellers, or VARs, can expand their solution offerings with a complete workforce management platform for a higher ROI. They receive access to branded resources, wholesale pricing, and their own instance of the APS system to support a growth strategy.

APS Partnerships offer flexible options to supplement your business strategies. Whether receiving commission for referring leads to APS or receiving wholesale pricing through the VAR program, we can support your business goals and increase revenue.

APS referral partners simply submit leads to APS via a provided link. Our knowledgeable team members will then qualify the end-user, provide a demo, and execute the APS sales process to maximize the potential for a shared client.

APS Value-Added Reseller partners provide the APS solution directly to their clients and become the point of contact to the end-user. VARs sign, onboard, train, and support their end-users. They also receive dedicated support resources to assist them in helping their clients.

Onboarding an APS end-user begins with the Account Executive understanding all needs and objectives of the client. This approach allows the Account Executive to accurately communicate those needs and objectives to the implementation team for a smooth transition. An implementation project will kick off with an introduction to a project manager and a plan outline.

During onboarding, the major steps are data extraction from the current provider, building the company instance in APS, and testing the data to ensure accuracy. The implementation team will provide a combination approach of live training and self-paced video training to ensure end-users have a thorough knowledge of the APS platform. Our goal is to ensure an accurate, timely transition.

The APS partner program offers flexibility based on the desired responsibilities of the partner while providing a best-in-class technology and support model to the partner and end-user. APS partners do not have to sacrifice technology or support because they receive both at a cost that is advantageous to the end-user and maximizes revenue potential to the partner.

*APS guarantees tax payments and filings to be accurate and timely, as long as the data provided to APS is accurate and timely and the customer’s account is sufficiently funded to cover all payroll tax liabilities. If a tax penalty is the result of our error, we’ll maintain the abatement process and absorb any fines or interest due.
