When your referral attends a demo with APS, you’ll receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
When your referral goes live with APS, you’ll receive a $500 Amazon gift card. That’s $550 total that you can earn! It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word.

How do I refer someone?

What qualifies as a successful referral?

A referral is considered successful when the referred business becomes an APS customer and completes implementation. We’ll send you $50 if the referred business attends a demo.

Once a referral becomes an APS customer, we’ll send you an additional $500 for a total of $550 for each successful referral.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

Nope! You can refer as many businesses as you’d like—and you’ll receive a reward for each one that becomes an APS customer.

Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: Open only to current clients of Automatic Payroll Systems, Inc. (“APS”) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of APS, their immediate family members, and members of the same household are not eligible.

Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM ET on October 1, 2026, through 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Referrals submitted outside this window will not be counted.

How to Enter: Submit a qualifying referral through the form located on this page during the Entry Period. Each referral submitted counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of entries a client may earn during the Entry Period.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive one Apple iPad (approximate retail value: $450). Total of one (1) prize will be awarded. Prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except APS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 16, 2026, and will be notified by phone or email using the contact information on file. If a selected winner cannot be reached within [5] business days, APS reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. APS will issue a Form 1099 if required by law.
