Our pricing is pretty straightforward. It’s a per-employee-per-month structure with a flat per-month base fee. You can run as many payroll batches as you want, and the only additional costs you will incur are for printing and shipping. For more details, check out our pricing page.

Yes, payroll is the foundation of APS. Since everything is built on one system, you’ll need the payroll module to use the other features more effectively.

We’re happy to say that APS works in all 50 states, including D.C. We focus on handling payroll within the U.S. only. We do not process payroll in U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
