We partner with our clients by guiding the human resources function within their organization to create and implement strategic HR solutions based on forecasting of business needs to support their short and long-term goals.

HerrinHR is led by Mallory and James Herrin, a husband-and-wife team known to many in the industry as the “HR Power Couple.” Mallory is an international speaker, author of Intentional HR: A Revolution in Strategic Thinking, and is recognized as an industry thought leader for her second-to-none results in compliance and HR strategy. James is known for his full-cycle approach to employee benefits, his unique understanding of the intersection of compliance and HR technology, and as a “fixer” for his ability to find and correct errors and inefficiencies in outsourced HR operations.
