No. Health Wallets is a new way for your employees to manage spending accounts and reimbursement plans. If you want to move to Health Wallets, we can help with trustee-to-trustee transfers for existing HSA balances, timed with your plan year or open enrollment.
Do we need to change how we administer benefits in APS?
No. You continue to administer benefits in APS. Health Wallets is an additional Spending Account and Reimbursement platform and card experience for spending accounts and reimbursement benefits only.
How do employees enroll in Health Wallets?
The Healthcare Account Specialist team handles setup during implementation. Enrollment flows through direct payroll integration (where available) or Smart Spreadsheets. Typical setup takes 4–6 weeks from kickoff to go-live.
