Eligibility: The raffle is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who complete the entry form. It is void where prohibited by law. Employees of APS Payroll (the “Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of APS Payroll, which are final and binding. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these rules.
Raffle Period: Entries will be accepted during the designated raffle period, as specified. All entries must be received by the stated deadline.
How to Enter: Participants must complete the entry form provided. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at APS Payroll’s sole discretion. Each participant may enter only once. Attempts to enter multiple times using various identities, email addresses, or devices will result in disqualification.
Prizes: The winner will receive the prize specified, such as a $250 Amazon gift card. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted unless at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize grants APS Payroll permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by random drawing and notified via the contact information provided. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering, participants grant APS Payroll the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Terms: APS Payroll reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the raffle for any reason, including technical failures or unauthorized interventions. APS Payroll also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release APS Payroll and its affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.
Disputes: The raffle is governed by U.S. and Louisiana law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in a court located in Louisiana. Participants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the privacy policy stated on the APS Payroll website.
